We are super excited to announce that our very own Nerilee Boshammer-Bennell has been accepted into AgriStart’s 2020 CONNECT Regional Innovation Hub program, supported by the Australian Government Department of Industry, Science, Energy and Resources through Incubator Support Initiative funding as part of the Entrepreneurs’ Programme.
This free program will bring together regional entrepreneurs with innovative and scaleable ventures, to incubate new ideas and business models, foster new collaborations, and access expertise and resources.
Nerilee was one of the successful applicants across the three regional hub areas of Busselton, Collie and Albany and can’t wait to get stuck in.
“Programs like this are so important to small business in regional areas and I’m so grateful to have the opportunity to take part. I’m really looking forward to sharing ideas and networking with other small business owners, learning new skills and fine-tuning our systems so that Kooyar Wongi is a successful Aboriginal-owned business that can provide jobs to Nyungar people and support to Nyungar community capacity development in future.”, said Nerilee.
